Curriculum
Ashton on Mersey school has a reputation for delivering an innovative and effective curriculum to suit the needs of all learners. Our Sixth Form builds on this to provide a seamless transition through our 14-19 curriculum. We expect you to choose subjects that you are good at and enjoy but also those that provide you with a clear pathway for your future career plans.
Learning pathways include A levels, BTEC qualifications and NVQ’s. To complement these ‘core’ activities, qualifications in General Studies, ICT, Literacy and Numeracy will be offered.

 

The WTLP is recognised nationally as a leading provider in sport and vocational education. The college will build on this experience and success.
